I have decided to purchase a file in either of these projects this week - since they are both in a relatively smaller amount. What should i buy - what is less riskier?
Dear dawood saab, do you remember we had a discussion about this you and me not so long ago...?? I asked a similar question, my dilemma was that I would be getting a bigger plot 1 kanal with dha, but more riskier due to the shambles with valley so don't want a action replay of never seeing the project complete. Then sacrifice for smaller plot in bahria but face extensive development fees but with the politics behind the scene of nocs getting cancelled with a lot of bahria sectors recently such as enclave etc...im nothing the wiser if im honest hence I turned my attention to b-17 multi instead now!
Files are always a risky job…
I would personally prefer DHA Phase-2 Ext. Regards
What are your concerns anyway dawood, what would you prefer? why are you finding it a hard decision to make? I have listed mine above so lets hear yours and maybe come up with a possible conclusion…
Just wavering because Phase 2 extension has increased almost 50% in 1.5 months, it’s going above the “small amount” budget but I think I have decided I will go for it now.
Ok, yes prices have gone up recently. For long term investment - go for it then. If you have any change left over go for bt as well.
Both are long term investments…My recommendation would be to buy in phase 2 ext…
Let us know how much your getting the dha plot for you when you buy it.

Go for dha phase 2 extension ex-commoners town…better to invest in non possession plot will give you good return
@ hawk saab, nothing is certain im afraid. Look at valley same people…your guess is good as ours!
DHA valley is better than files (Bahria or DHA), they can reverse anytime, plus, if you are left with only these options so you have to choose between DHA 2 ext and Bahria Phase 8 Ext files, go for DHA 2 Ext file.
Bought about 10 days ago file in DHA PHASE 2 EXT. For 19.5

Good move dawood, I was too slow in buying one, by that time prices have risen and out of my budget. Prices are increasing daily now since our last discussion from 14 lakhs they are fetching 24 lakhs and yet some buyers are demanding more…I have turned my attention to b-17 e block now. Just a matter of finding something cheap, which if someone is after a quick sale but its proving to be very difficult.
Abdul sb, for B-17 do you need to be physically present to buy or is it a file system?
@ Dawood, It is a must for the seller to be present in B-17, on behalf of purchaser one can make the file open if the file is all dues clear and paying fee of 3000 to the society. Regards,
