V over priced....... Development standard will b v good but the living cost is way too high! but yes might turn out to b a decent investment.....
Well this is a very good investment keeping the mind the future of Phase 8 Extension as the affectes of these files will not be getting plots in Phase 8, they will be getting plots in Phase 9 which will be launched in January 2014 near Chakri, where the plot prices are already very high. The prices of Phase 8 and Phase 9 were on loss before a month and it was the best time to buy but again currently if one opts to buy a plot in Phase 8 ext or phase 9, this is going to be a good investment.
