I went to phase 8 to purchase khi forms,non possession plots have suffered the most,but possession ones are more or less still intact at their genuine prices,yes if u need to sell your plots in panic you ll only find investors who are willing to purchase at throw away prices,which makes things look more gloomy,otherwise if you show some patience at least till summer starts,you ll feel the difference,i was getting around 65 for my plot in good times,which only depreciated two lacks,with a fair deal and even i had an offer this week,
i would strongly advise to hold onto your spaces,the yy ll come back to at least their normal figures in couple of months,file business is always risky,so cant predict much,obviously their wont be sudden jackpots now,as prices need to show improvement with the passage of time,and worth of ruppee,past was beautiful but we must admit that the country came out of property recession after almost 5 years,so prices had to recover significantly in terms of inflation,and gated community like bahria was underpriced,which paced its momentum,and people made millions,
