Bahria Phase 8, What Blocks Are Good For Investment

I have 30-35 lac and would like to invest in Bahria Town Phase 8, please advice what blocks are good for investment purpose for 1 to 2 years.

I would prefer to buy 7 to 10 Marla plot.

7 Marla developed ready possession plot in Khalid or Usman block. A friend is selling a back open plot in Khalid Block, 7 marla nice location without transfer fee, so you can save 90,000 transfer fees, it is a open form, his final price is 38 Lacs.

@Mr. Nasir dont you think omer block is good aswell??

H-T, Umer block is the best option available after Abu Bakr block but the normal range of a 7 marla developed plot in Umer block is not less than 39-40, i suggested him these blocks according to his range.

Thanks for the valuable information, can you please through some light on the investment prospects of 1 to 2 years (pros and cons) of blocks L, M, N & Extension compared to the blocks mentioned above Usman & Khalid

Shabana, almost all the blocks in Safari Valley, Umer, Abu Bakr, Usman, Rafi, Khalid, Ali are ready possession, you can start construction, they have all the gas connections and sewerage lines installed with people living in these blocks. Their is also 500 Rs. Per month Maintenance charges applicable to all plots in these blocks where people have kept plots but have not started construction.

Imran, rite now anything in Bahria Phase 8 is a good investment whatever the rate/price is, because rates are increasing because Bahria has started the construction of Rind Road from phase 8 near to head office, which will link it to the new Economic Zone which will be given to China. Phase 8 extension and Phase 9 files are also in profit ranging from 5-20 lacs depending on size, which were being sold on loss before 2 months, reason being, plots are getting expensive, therefore, files are also taking a lead.
