I am so far reluctant to invest in bahria town islamabad/rawalpindi. Reason being i have learnt form a friend who tried to take loan against his bahria property, that title of bahria land is not clean that is why banks do not accept papers of bahria property as mortgage/guarantee to grant a loan. Is this true? Appreciate the views of experts on this topic specially nadeem sb. Thanks
What ever u have listened is definitely right.That is why i usually hesitate recommending bahria to someone.Dha is a better alternative.Safe and secure.
