Absolutely not at this stage…Let the dust settle…It would be wise to buy an authentic plot for 1.5 crores than to buy an unauthentic plot for 1.25 crores…
@saadi 1.25 crores is in 5 years installments and 1.5 crores is upfront.

Any other property gurus who think investing in karachi commercial right mow would be a wise decision? I see bahria commercials in lahore and islamabd are over 3 crore currently. I have been told by many dealers possession of these plots will be within couple of years?
