Respected members, Bahria Town Karachi has already fuzzed up the market and now another confusion is coming forward of confirmed plots. What is this! Is it legit to give 1 lac extra and get a confirmed plot or is it another technique of grabbing money from amm awam.

As per notice published in Jang Rawalpindi from BT Karachi there will be computerized balloting.So no confirm plots.
See another posting for a person who bought 10 plots registration and now no confirm plots booking.
Brother; pls stay away from such dealers tactics.
Yeah thats the thing i just wanted to highlight. People are really doing it. I got a call from a cousin of mine and he told me to do this because a lot of people are going for it. So i wanted to raise this question to raise some awareness. People are seriously stupid enough to get caught in these property agents tech-tics.

However I did protect my side by getting in writing from dealer that if I dont get the plots after balloting, I will get doulbe the amount as to what I paid for certificates and confirmation.
Well, they are charging 25-30 K for the confirmed booking, they are backed by Bahria Town, Bahria has given them confirmed plots booking, but to my knowledge Bahria Town will give a plot on paper to everyone, so this is just to fool people and earn easy money, same happened in DHA valley, Islamabad booking, people were charged 25000 for confirmed plots booking and later everyone was alloted a plot by the management.
Another thing is that people are of the view that their will be another gamble game on these confirmed plots reciepts, as they will be opened by Bahria Town just like Residential Certificates/Forms and they will be sold on profits, so people are greedy and going after this confirmed booking.
My personal opinion is to apply directly through Bahria and they will be alloted a plot.
