-i am taking bahria town karachi plot file (old one) the total value is around 17 lac.
-the plot file 200,000, no installment is paid. How much i have to pay to transfer.
If 2-3 installments are due then when i have to pay pending installments.
Its too premature to predict about the fate of btk specially the 5 marlaz which are in bulk,but if you want to intrude into the project then its comparatively the least risk prone product in the market as others are artificially hyped by investors with unrealistic premiums,so can go for it,you have to pay minimum 2 installments at the time of transfer,transfer fees is approx 6000 plus minor surcharge on pending installements
