I don’t really have much on ground knowledge about both of these projects. Its possible both of them might do very well. However, based on what I am seeing overall, I think anyone who places his bets on an army run housing scheme Now will be a sure winner in the next few years. Trust me.

If you want to live more close to Hyderabad thn go for DHA. :P

Thanks all for your precious guidance. I think DHA is just 7-9 Km after bahria which on the highway it will not make that much difference please advise.

I am impressed by the quality of work in DHA city karachi that finally after years they are competing with bahria in development standards but by looking at pace of development bahria will get populated much before DHA city.
So my vote is for bahria :)
BTK is selling ready made Houses,Apartments & plots where as DHA City is just selling Plots.
BTK will get populated well before DHA Phase 8 at Karachi Beach.
DHA City will remain like a developed land of plots for many years to come.
The DHA City have mostly investors, living abroad, or dreaming hig profits, cosequently holding lands preventing real buyers to live there.

I think both are good for investment. Bahria is high risk high gain option whereas dha city will have a steady growth.
Recently with the announcement of highway connecting existing dha to dha city will make it a very good option in future.
Currently both of them are on low prices, if you wana buy, now is the time.

I think sooner or later BTK will also be connected to same connection.. Furthermore the same link can be used to connect both... BTK and DCK too..
Bahria has already announced a BRT (Bus rapid transit) to connect BTK with Karachi city center
No this one the Malir Motorway Project will have a dedicated access to DHA City. It does not seem to be connecting with bahria which is across the super highway.
In future it will be a distinctive advantage over bahria.
