Both societies are adjacent to each other but which one is better for constructing a home for living? Security and other facilities are comparable at both places.
Anyone currently living in Sukhchayn Gardens please share your experience.
Well both from security and other facilities point of view, Bahria Town is much better. Sukhchayan is near to Multan road but it is developed on dirty nala. As you want to live there, my vote is for Bahria and you should look for that phase which is populated.
As far as investment is concerned, again Bahria is far better. Now a days I also heard a lot about New Lahore City as a good investment option.
