Can you please let me know the price difference between corner, main boulevard plot in overseas enclave and a normal 500 yards plot in overseas enclave. (All dues paid). I have asked this question because I have applied for a regular one kanal plot but Bahria town has allotted me a boulevard corner plot and asking for 20% additional price (about 6 lac). Shall I pay the 20% difference or insist on the regular plot?
