Would anybody please explain the future of phase 8 extension and phase 9 files which are being sold in market on profits? Where will they be allocated? Any idea?
Unsure of phase 9. But didnt they acquire land for phase 8 ext? What seems to be the problem? Im sure prices will rise when development starts but i dont think it will start any time soon!

It seems to be a long term investment as there are no signs of development in ph8 ext still. Bahria is busy in ph8 development as many projects going on there. I think it can be a good investment in next 3 to 4 years time.
Yes phs8 ext, is good long term investment. I think those who made initial booking have reaped the fruitfulness of investing there as the profit rate is pretty high now, however, the next hike is expected when development starts but this will not be any time soon, maybe in 2-3 years. There have been rumours that phase 8 ext will be shifted elsewhere but I don’t understand where exactly, especially when they have land acquired.
Yes, there are many rumors, i was actually planning to buy a file in phase 8 ext or phase 9 but now i have changed my mind, price of a 10 marla file in phase 8 extension is 15-16 lac profit plus the actual price which is almost 10 lacs, where as phase 9 file price is 8 lac profit and 9 lac total price.
