I am living in Dubai and only want to build house in Bahria after 4 years in Phase 8 so that's why thinking for F1.

Otherthan that, I invested in one kanal old in BTK and paying installments. What's the futurue of this I don't know.

Sayeein G, good advice but a little doubt when you say E and F is 17 km?

In fact E1 is 8.5 km!

If one is projecting his house after 4 years or so then E, F should be OK but I think it would take less than 2 years for neighbourhood living there!

Hamza , you are absolutely right, good plot in F1 is no less than 45 lac. 30-35 is a wish full thinking as you ur self pointed out. How ever do check H and I they are nearer to the business district and possession areas. You can still get a good plot between 35-40 in I Block and 40 -45 in H Block…

F1 good location plot is very good for living i second that thought , There are lot of houses which are started to build and soon that area will be crowded . For four years time thats the best place to live.

I think there is no big difference between F1 and E

  1. C OR D block

  2. Gardencity

e qnd F have location disadvantages. If we are getting a better deal in gardencity then why spend in E and F. Phir bhi one can buy wherever he/she wants.

Oh my GOD , now i will recommend this sayeein for those people who want to be in bewazoo peeri mureedi cycle.

1=E and F sectors of phase 8 are on height with awami villas 5/and6 and huge express way plus commercial area. SO THESE sectors are far superior to garden city which is yet in trouble and also with bad topography, garden city land is basically jungle or forest land with natural uneven earth issues so filling/ bogginess and unevenness leading to basement compulsion.

2= BLOCK C and D are better located but WHO WILL GIVE YOU THE GUARANTY OF A PLOT BEING NOT FILLED , Majority of A B C D BLOCKS OF PHASE 8 with exception of some elevated ends of d all are leveled(means filling is compulsory) now its your luck may be sayeein will dive deep up to 10-20 feet filling in C AND D BLOCKS.

3=Abubakar is the best block in valley only second to lake view block and is best for living and this sayeein hate it because he got some news of small streets , yes streets are 30 feet but will sayeein keep a bus to travel in for vegetables.

4= mr sayeein tell me just 5 plots numbers forget all in D BLOCKS wich can considered safe and devoid of filling ????

5=YOUR Gulberg is berger family society for farmhouses 4/5 kanal THE GREEN AREA.......RESIDENCIA IS A BUBBLE and you will see it will burst soon.

Yar Height kay ilawa kya benifit hay F1 and E blocks me ?

I am still trying to understand that why everyone suggest F1 and E. There is something which I am missing.
