and best view , you are feeling above the valley breeze with possible fresh air after 10-15 years when valley will be a town of close to 50000 people hustle bustle and air thirsty.

I need to check elevation of this block in google earth to get exact height compared to surroundings.

I believe park facing plots are best considering residential purposes instead of corner of boulevard etc.

central area park area but series in 200or 300 or 850 plus either area better ask a reliable dealer on ground???

why not corner or boulevard? they are always good for investment plus residence.......yes some area i am sorry but edge cutting being leveled have possibilities of filling so here corner is a bit confusing but any how better than many other blocks.

Boss while going through G-map , GC doesn't seem to have any location advantage. GC is almost at same distance to GT road as E & F1 are.

  2. E or F blocks

  3. Gardencity

whatever your findings are, please share with all of us.

any views??? what will be the impact of it on phase-8 & enclave and will it help to regain it's value or its just another trap to get investors before airport launch in zone-2 and announcing same expecting time which is for airport as well....

There is another possibility, may be MR is going to buy back some plots or files of Phase-8 to slightly increase the prices and make the dead market alive for investors. If he starts buying without any project announcing like "Theme Park" then people may think why prices have started increasing without any reason. So, he tried to give the reason of in the form of this advertisement. If this is so, we can witness the things within one week. This is just my thinking & surely I can be wrong.

Agreed with Irfan and truthseeker.....it could be for some new project or just to make the dead market alive or may be both...you never know...

Commercial activity dictates a lot towards the wellbeing of the location. If you visit Rawal dam and Ayub Park on any weekend, you will come to know how much business is being made there and those are only picnic points not residential locations. I think these new attractions in Phase-8 will play a great role in re-gaining the BT Rawalpindi face not on hypothetical but on real grounds. At least the construction activity will pick up the pace.

@Truthseeker:

You mentioned in you post#118 that GC is in the forest land, well 90% of BT Rawalpindi is in forest land not only garden city and those properties were bought from real owners sitting in “Shamlaat”. Only MR took the possessions from one side and in one chunk of land.
