There is a water park at bahter interchange around 25 km from Islamabad, does this increase the value of property in nearby areas?
I have bee there a week ago yes (to F4). Development pace is not the fastest but it's happening - and has been happening for quite a few months now.
Mainly the nature of work in F4 is that of clearing the land (removing the greenery). They're not touching the lay of the land too much - which should be good.
People need possession , they r giving parks.

People go picnic places to enjoy the company, the atmosphere, the ladies to show their jewelry to other ladies and most importantly to enjoy in a secure and safe place on weekends in evening times.
Do you really think that a family would go to Bahtar park and come back in the middle of night after having enjoyed the week end at the water pond, you mentioned?
DHAs & BTs, you can walk outside in the middle of the night with family whereas you cannot do this even in Islamabad sectors
I visited Ph 8 Last Month and there is no problem in ABCD,E1,F1,G H and I blocks . All these are possession and construction going on at fast pace..
Safari valley is well crowded and lots of activity in Overseas blocks, dha sector F and other parts of Bahria..
In my opinion next 12 months will be game changer in ph 8 if one can hold to their properties...

Overseas brothers going to visit on eid theme park 'll boost prices little in Ph 8
In my opinion instead of spending money on theme park MR should complete the remaining blocks and deliver possession
