Can some one kindly update on Phase 8 Extension as well. I couldnt find any post on that.
I don’t think that there is any update on 8-extension as it’s dead currently. This is what bahria is doing, forgetting older projects altogether and announcing new to grab more money. The newer ones also create hype in media and among dealers for a while and once they get all the money from the poor people then it gets shelved among the older ones while bahria finds a new place or project to do more loot. People blame MR for corruption and I say that I don’t care as doing a business of that scale and remaining an angel in Pakistan is impossible. I give him credit for doing his work professionally and doing developments of an outstanding quality, but leaving his customers in limbo like that, not delivering on time and not fulfilling his commitments shouldn’t be acceptable and a mature clientele should punish him for that. My plan now is to limit my investments in bahria and buy only plots with possession in bahria, and I’ll advise the same to others.
Phase 8 extension is in COMA you have to wait proper phase 8 is not fully developed yet.So wait for half decade may be a decade.
I have responded to this thread >24 hrs ago now, but still stuck with admin. Anyone knows how to wake them up .....?

Musaffir bai totally agrre that leaving his customers in limbo like that, not delivering on time and not fulfilling his commitments shouldn’t be acceptable but he is so strong you cant imagine befor last cheif justice retirement he preferably hear all mr cases against land grabbing from almost 220 victims in different projects and make decision and you know Barr associatin bycott his retirement parties and aetzaz ahsan was the lawyer from the Malik iaz side not a single media channel highlight it because he make the corrupt too by giveing money.
That’s true Rashid sahib! But it is us common people making him strong by giving him our money. And there is nothing wrong with that in my opinion as long as he fulfills his commitments with his customers but if he doesn’t then common people can take his powers away in no time by stopping to invest in his projects but unfortunately his clientele in Pakistan doesn’t seem mature like that or we will have to see if they are.

All pindi investors are selling their files and plot before collapse of pindi bahria especially some sectors weather possession or non possession plots of phase 8.

Someone has suggested a way to get around it. You save an empty post and then edit to write whatever u want. Seemingly the filter does not work on edit

Bahria phase 8 has filling issues. This is why prices are slow. It will take a very long time. DHA-2 KLMNPQ will overtake Bahria 8 as DHA is on natural terrain.
Non possession even i am sure have no near future,but possession plots eventually will go under the hammer for construction time to time,price hike is not possible as genuine buyers are vary of bahria and their dirty politics,i have said good bye to bahria a year ago,

I think possession area is safe and good for living but for investment point of view it will take time.

Has anyone seen the post today regarding the BT offer to shift the DHA Valley plots to BT Phase 8 or BT Khi? Any thoughts about it? Do you recommend to shift or stay in the DHA Valley?
