Am looking into investing in phase 8. Do you think its a good idea that would probably pay off in coming 2 - 3 years?
@Phantom lord. If you can hold for the next three years, yes phase 8 could prove to be a good investment. It will surely bounce back, just needs some more time. Don’t expect any gains in the short term.

Invvestment means investing in an asset and after a while selling it at a higher price.

@junaid if u wish to go phase 8 via dha 2 it will cost you 34 km while from GT road its 27 km now.
once access through garden city would open thoso 34 kms would shrunk to 28kms and that too in a signal free highway
