Extra land is cheaper than buying the full blown two plots, distinct to each other.
Plus there are taxes, fees, maintenance charges which regard only to 01 Kanal ownership.
Actually you live in two Kanal house having liabilities of only 01 Kanal for a long run.
I know people who have the same setup of land and having multi-family living inside.

P,N,K will take time.F-1 is in fully possession and people are living.F-2,3 are near possession,F4,5 will take time because it not fully develop.M block little rise because of theme park news but progress is very slow.
Prices rise only in safari valley,OS sectors,A kanal plots,B,C,D,E,F-1,G and H where people are living.In Phase8 no more dealers investment because very less open files and transfer+tax fee 10 marla around 152000.Genuine investors are very less in market that's why market is going very slow in undeveloped and less populated blocks.
