Many thanks for update and it's really a good news for BT investors.Did you remember when i sent you voice sms by whatsapp when i was at vacation?Same story i heard by my friends who always touch with BT.

City in city it must rise more.Prices already jump 1 to 2M in developed sectors but still there is chance to purchase in F;2;3;4;5,E-1,P,G and L blocks.

I am overseas and I have 10 marla plot in F1 kindly someone explain me how the ring road is important how it shorten the distance to and from and pricewise.

In F1, yesterday I visited a 10 marla on BT expressway at service road, corner with 4 marla extra land at boulevard; The dealer is firm at 62 lacs with extra land paid. No filling at height and 4 km away from ring road markings. Now you can assess
yours.
Another location in H, 3 Marla extra land a 10 marla corner no filling and corner last demand 56 lacs and may b closed at 52 if we opt for it.

People are thinking that DHA3 is gold mine?

i have a 5 marla in First Booking of Orchard, i offered for selling two weeks ago, but it was in minus 2 laxs from paid amount

Sir, if you ask me the far part of bahria phase8 is equally better as BT office is shifting there, theme park, zoo, ring road, root school and the plot affordability is just right.

Orchard will take time but in future it shall pick up.

BT is now beyond MR from many aspects. It has been transformed into a big organization and solid team to run it. No one wants to lose a golden hen which lays golden eggs on regular basis!

Now DHA3 also added value to phase8 and competition will further beautify the place.

I have a 10 marla plot (all paid) in GC zone-9, I am not much updated about it, baught in 2013 and visted and seen the plot than, until now its dead investment, what is latest on it, and what to do, Advise from the experts and property gurus will be highly appreciated, because in market everyone saying different about it.

Do not waste time and contact bahria garden city office and meet a lady called Shah rukh or Mr Shahid or Mr Haroon but in main office. You may repent later if you do not wake up now!

GC is now DHA and so much fraud is being exercised there, you cannot imagine!

Haroon says one thing, Madam says another and the people who demonstrated are also a party in this regard. Even dealers say that they are being toying around?

Hold it and don't sell in minus.It long term investment so you have to wait.Location is clear once development start it become level.This project start by Bahria dealers and they earn much rebate.At that time i advice to people don't invest because i know it will become minus.

F1 one of best block of phase8 if your plot at height.Recently my friend purchased 10 marla front open valley view in 400 series 49 lakh.F-1 is close to valley+express road+near coming link road+60% populated+theme park.

I visited Dha3 and in my view it will become gold mine.there is many reasons please revisit in detail and i hope you will easily understand why BT is crying.

I think F1 the same plot end of valley road first service road before expressway at that time dealer asking 65 lakh and we offer them 60 lakh but dealer refuse.

In my opinion best than H block because of height and natural land not filling at all.

At the moment L,F-2,3 and P blocks are good for investment point of view.L block 10 marla at height which are fully developed.F-2,3 developing complete machinery over there and i hope within year or two year will be in possession.

P block can play big game in near future if you see google map.
