Nadeem sir,in your’s and AQ sb learned opinion,how much increment we can see in the times to come in phase 8 especially in the block like F-1 keeping in mind the time frame of 1 to 1.5 years from now?

Dear SAADI,
Don't invest in F-1 for one year time period because CVT+transfer=152000+Dealer commission for 10 marla if your time period more than two years it will give you good return.
F-1 is good for those who start construction means builders and genuine people who dreaming own home.

If you ask me then L block 10 marla at height 10 marla 28 to 32 lakh is good option and i hope it will good return.
F-3 is also good option but 80% filling so i don't like.
G block is also good option 2.8 to 4M 10 marla fully possession.
P block as i told you before 4.7 to 6M kanal.

I have a 10 marla plot (all paid) in GC zone-9, I am not much updated about it, baught in 2013 and visted and seen the plot than, until now its dead investment, what is latest on it, and what to do, Advise from the experts and property gurus will be highly appreciated, because in market everyone saying different about it.

My side of story regarding BT/DHA3 merger:

I had two 5 marla plots in GC zone 5 and both were confirmed by BT, the demonstrating body ( called core committee by the way) that they have been shifted to DHA-3.
Even core committee focal person called me in Qatar and persuaded me to send someone to get NOC from bahria and DHA-3 will give allotment letter!
Both plots are "jora" plots.
I rushed to Pakistan and reported to GC merger office; Here real drama started:
At the first glance I was told that BT is ready to pay me 5 lacs profit on each plot and I shall take money and go home.
The next minute the same lady informed me!
" No sir, your name in 150 people who demonstrated and no money for you".
You report to Mr Haroon in head office and settle there!
As I have only one week in Pakistan, ran to Mr Haroon only to know that I need to sacrifice 1 of 2 plots, adjust the robbed plot by BT to the one which would remain in DHA-3!
We again ran to the merger office in GC and met another lady and again found a twist in the story!
Madam Shah Rukh saw my papers, and informed with big smile, from one corner to other:
" sir no problem, in fact your case is very simple: get out of DHA-3 and pay no development charges. BT is good for you. I got a run and she left the office"
I called the focal point of the demonstrating body and was informed that your plot may be cancelled. I told him that I have paid 30 lacs for both plots, how come they are cancelled?
" Yes sir BT has been cancelling even those paid plot"?
4 different stories from BT merger office, BT main office and the so called core committee!
Now I am going back to my job having nothing concluded and all my expenses are wasted!
Now whether it is the merger lady, BT head office or the core committee is playing with my plots, I do not know?
I know only that I am robbed?

I think you should start sending them legal notices, I know working person doesn't have enough time, but registered legal notices will atleast give them some jitters,
