Yes but the area which is close to obtaining possession or has one like A, B, F etc. Don’t go too far like P block investment right there won’t be so much fruitful.

Sir, its a small sector, good plots in I 11 have almost gone up peaked, I don't think it got some cushion.
Or may it have I cant confirm it.
I14, on the other hand, got a lot of gap CDA has planned to construct roads. Its PC1 has been confirmed and price of 30x60 is hovering around 50-55 which will see a huge jump.
Agree with Naeem sab.I-14 and I-16 still best options.other hand D-17 margalla housing scheme and B-17 are good options.
These above sectors are 100% safe investment.

I have been told that Bahria phase 8 Ext will rise after the GT road is inaugurated. So just to be clear you guys do not approve investing in Bahria phase 8 Ext for 2 to 3 years?

The whole Peshawar and downstream Pindi en route to Peshawar traffic has to pass through Pindi and now driving in Pindi especially on weekends is a big problem. Last time we stopped solid 3 hours at Dhumma railway crossing. Authorities steal every bit of money from Pindi allocations, He gets hold of it and everyone is silent about Pindi development....not a word from their mouth upon this theft!
I am hearing now GHQ has decided to stop this clown taking all from Pindi budget and shifting to Lahore (just for elections).
They have at least put markings on proposed Pindi bypass.

All this unwanted traffic is a big enforcement to “Dharnas” politics, as well.
Prices in phase 8 especially in safari valley are stagnate for the last many years now,,they were up in the past as there was no competition in the market like,,DHA, GUlberg,Top city , Mumtaz etc...these days people have many more options close to city.
No doubt its good place to live but away from main city and location is questionable so I don't think prices will jump soon.. It also seems that Dominion mall will take 15 years to be completed like WTC in DHA...so its a long time waiting game.
