Phase-8 away from main city???

And Mumtaz city etc etc are inside the city?

We wanted to start construction in E block phase-8 and been put on 4 weeks waiting just for possession/map etc due to the immense rush of construction activity which has gained momentum just recently!

I wish learned members post on rational basis!

Today i went to Bahria town after a week or so and I’ve witnessed new departments being made by Bahria… One of them was the road is being widened between safari villas and Bahria 1-6. Then i saw the lake in Phase 8 is being developed machines are working on site and a wall is also being built there… The area for theme park is also being developed before there was no development going on there but now it has started… I think Bahria is now planning to launch new projects and new developments in Rawalpindi…

Phase-8 prices are surely appreciating now. In safari valley congested areas, a 7 Marla, at cutting location, outside power lines is very difficult to get less than 35K. In fact people are asking as high as 37K?.

You run to buyer only to find that it was a price evaluating activity, no selling at all.

If someone needs to make home in BT Pindi, better buy it ASAP before PKR devaluation becomes dealer’s word of the day!

The under constrution lake in ph8 at shaitan chowk is part of the biggest mall of isb/ rwp, Dominion mall. It is a huge project.

Work on theme park is speeding up.

Roots school building grey strcture is completed.

Work on expressway to L block/ awami villa 3 is in progress, levelling is completed.

Lot of good news on the way related with Phase-8.Agree with AQ sab still reasonable prices in whole Phase-8 if you compare with surrounding area.

Hahahaha Nawaz Sharif’s famous Rawat Airport feeler skyrocketed Bahria & DHA valley n 2013 & MR earned billions. So now wait till 2023

Wajahat sb that feeler was not even known to 1 pc.What bahria and dha are today is because of their delivery and not because of these pathetic rumors.

Nadeem sir the whole zone 2 is selling lands by using airport as showpiece without focusing on development that is the main thing.

Recently Bahria Town has given possession on 3 of its sectors in Phase 8, Sector L, F3 and new developed plots in Awami villas 3. Looks like Bahria is heading towards a rise.

Any news about possession of Sector P and Sector N??

Gurus, I have plot in Bahria Town Phase 8 in Abu Bakr block. The plot number is 1124 and is on very good location. It is corner plot o 80 ft wide road (St 38) and other stree is St 35.

The plot is under 7 Marla category but it is with extra land. The total plot size is around 9.5 marla with extra land. Back in 2014, I was offered 55 Lacs. In 2016 Aug, I was offered 43 lacs.

Now I have observed the prices going up. Anyone can roughly evaluate the present value of the plot. Plot location is 33.495239, 73.105004

It's really good location price between 52 to 55 lakh if corner paid then price around 57 lakh.If you no need then hold it and i am very sure it will increase.
Many overseas looking good location plots in Abu bakar block but very difficult to find.This plot is good option for builder for construction double unit because of corner,fully populated and close to mini supermarket.

Thanks for your response. Yes all dues paid including extra land, corner plot. Map charges are also paid.

I have no plan to send at this stage. Is there big potential of price increase in next 2,3 years?

Best time for buying in bahria phase-8 for own living as prices are still in range.

If bypass gets started, these far sectors will sure rise. The ones who want to start their houses are being put on wait for months due to rush of construction activity jumped up recently.

Welcome back.I agree with you.Bhai my vote is always with Bahria for living purpose and really still good time for purchasing.

Very hard to find good location plots because of high demand.Lot of new construction in G,H,I,E,E-1,2 F-1 and safari valley.

Any idea about Rose Garden? Is it good for investment? or start construction in an year for living or rental purpose?

Also the launch price was 2 million but on Zameen some people have places ads on about 1.8 million for selling.
