Bahria Town Phase 8 is better than G-14, for Investment as well as futre living purpose,
Depends on how much you want to invest and for what purpose, if you want to live after construction of a house, both are good, for investment bahria phase 8 is much better.
I would rather go for Bahria Phase 8 Rafi block are decent for both investment and personal living!
Bahria is Bahria very good for investment or living purpose.
Go for possession plot though especially with rolay / mayhem politics regarding NOC about enclave. Best to stick to possession plot, phs8 is good option! A little pricey though, but worth it considering the facilities you get!

Bahria has become speculatve market just like stock exchange. At the moment, it is booming thanks to investors and Bahria management who are intelligently playing with multiple factors. However, Phase 8 has already seen its new peak and now prices are steady. Next jump is not likely soon, as Bahria players have shifted focus to Karachi forms and Enclave 2 gamble. So the next price jump in Bahria 8 remains very un-predictable.
G-14 on th eother hand is a solid investment and prices have a long way to match-up with its neighbouring G-11. So I predict steady but positive growth in G-14 prices in coming months.
Conclusion: For short-term investment, consult any Bahria dealer and invest in phase 8. For long-term (2 years min) go for G-14.
