Thinking to buy 10 Marla in Bahria Enclave 2 two things to check
1- Is it all clear or still a lot under litigations etc
2- Majority of the 10 marla are around 65 Lakh, is this genuine price as I was given impression that BE2 is more expensive than BE1.
3- Or Should I concentrate semi develop sectors of Bahria Enclave 1 for 70-80 lakh Budget.
