What is the best investment in lahore/islamabad for a budget of 60-70 lacs? Investment period is 2 to 3 years. This is my lifetime saving so i can’t afford high risk investments.
Ahmed, purely for investment, I would suggest you to consider commercial options (shops, offices) . For living in Islamabad, DHA, Bahria Enclave, Multi. In Lahore DHA, Bahria. Do not go for files of undeveloped area, and do not invest for short term. You should look for minimum 5 years.
Since it is your life time savings, I suggest not to look beyond DHA, Fazaia or Naval schemes on ground plots with possession. DO not go for files etc. You ll find several options in both cities in 6-8 million.
Commercial is not recommended for you due to risk factors and low budget.

Brother! don’t buy anything without possession, that should be the rule no.1 and above all other rules. You can get advice and do your research on other aspects as options are many, but don’t compromise on getting anything without possession.

1:Dha phase2 K to Q block.
2:Multi B-17 B or C block.
Bahria phase8 C,D,E and F1 or in low budget I and H also good option.
3:In Lahore Fazaia and Dha is good option.

Purchase 5 marla double story house in airport housing society rawalpindi you may find in sector 1, 2 and 3 but you have to try hard ,,other wise in phase 4 you can find it easily..
Enjoy the rental value of around 30000 every month and within a year when signal free road is completed surly house value will also go up..
