Best Option To Buy Property On Installments??

Dear experienced property lovers,

What are the best options to grab for genuine buyers who wish to build a decent home in next 4-5 years or more in islamabad.

Not very elite class property schemes with silly face value of 100 million+ but should be a middle class living standard.

If you can help create a list of all future projects of islamabad with a completion in next 5 years. This will surely help many!!

I think we need a detailed answer for this topic what you say? I would be interested in hearing the names of the projects and the reasons too for investing in them.

There are a lot of private and cooperative housing schemes in Islamabad but all of them are not trust worthy for future living. I have no idea of your range but for 4 to 5 years you should focus on:

F-16/4 F-16/3 E-17/3 E-19 B-17 E & D block Bahria Town Phase 8 (in Zone 5)

@syed .. Thanks for the reply... All the sectors which you have mentioned seems 'ready to build' stage which means higher prices.

I actually wanted to know of an option where we can buy now but posession will eb given after 4-5 years. Like for example.. My uncle bought a 40x80 plot in g-15 for 1.3 million around 6 years back and sold it for 6 million last month. So some option like this where we can buy a plot now for like 1 to 2 million and after 5-10 years, we can build our home. I have awt in sight but now the prices are shooting up everywhere so i am revisiting my thoughts.

Dear maddy In above mentioned sectors only e 17 3 is possession sector remaining all options are non developed or under development process and it will inshallah give the same response with in 3 years like ur uncle s experiance

B-17 e and d blocks are not developed , so not ready immediate construction. Some plots are on installments and it will take some for possession.

You can have a look at ghouri town and gulberg on installments plots.

Dear brothers, What is your opinion about e-16/2 & 3 (cdechs). It is nearer to gt road and seems will be populated earlier compared to e-17. What are its future prospects. I think it is also ready for construction.

There are very limited options on installments. However, there is an apartment scheme of pha in g-13.

Also, cda is soon to launch c-15, c-16 although u can hardly expect to live there in five years.

Or multi park, if launched could be a great option too
