Hi guys i have around 1 millin(10 lakh) for which i would like to buy a plot of 30 x 60 or so..What is the best option as i am salary individual and can give around 50k per month installment.
Preferably i would like to mainpulate by giving down payment of 5 lakh for different societies and give montly installment alternatively.
My investment period would be around 3 years after which i am expecting good return.
All isb zones, rawalpindi chakri road, new airport side, wah, fatah jang, bahria town,dha, gulberg, royal garden, ghori town, jinnah gardens, dha valley, b-17 included in discussion.
