Hi guys I have around 1 million (10 lac) for which I would like to buy a plot of 30 x 60 or so.. What is the best option as I am salary individual and can give around 50k per month installment?

Preferably I would like to manipulate by giving down payment of 5 lac for different societies and give monthly installment alternatively.

My investment period would be around 3 years after which I am expecting good return.

All Isb zones, Rawalpindi Chakri road, new airport side, Wah, Fatah Jang, Bahria Town, DHA, Gulberg, Royal Garden, Ghori Town, Jinnah Gardens, DHA Valley, B-17 included in discussion.

You Must Circulate the money. Very Soon Bharia town is going to release M2 7 marla plots project. Just give downpayment there and and keep the file with you.once you see the worth is rising you sale it and invest some where else.

Also another option , Bharia is going to again launch the booking forms for Lahore, Peshawar, Nawab shah , Sukhur.. Just buy that forms worthing 5 Lack and hold the forms until their price rises...once they rise you will see a drastic increase in your worth.. So hold on and wait for the show.

I want to buy a place fr my home in rwp, iam govt employee having savings up to 70 lakhs wid me ,my requirement is one kanal preferbale or invest my money to increase my capital.pl advice me which place is better fr living/investment DHA1,2 or bahria as no other secure option is available

@ iftikhar sb…no plot of 1 kanal is available in this price in the above mentioned places…You can get a one in phase 8 only…dha phase 2,1 kanal plot is 11 million+ for good location…You can get an excellent plot of 10 marla in dha 2 in 65 lacs…

Lot of other investment opportinuities are floating around in property market. Huge amount of money is already locked in it, country wide. My view is that although for indivisuals this is very profitable business but overall for the country it is not that beneficial. This money can be used in some productive activty !!

Waqas just keepbintouch with bahria website and news.once it will be launched they will announce in newspaper plus their website. Procedure will be so simple make bank draft go to bharia office take forms from there fill them with your pics n id card copy and pay them money in shape of draft.

Iftekhar 70 lakh you can buy 1 kanal plot in phase 8 either block p or block f 5. But I will advice you to split this amount and invest in 2 to 3 projects so u can earn more money .like either buy 5 marla in garden city phase 8 costing 25 lakh.it has potiental of rise in upcoming 6 months.plus wait n buy M 2 7 marla file around 10 lakh lets say downpayment.wait for price enclearse n sale it. Also if you want to buy plot outside bharia n can wait for 3 to 4 years then buy 1 kanal in gulburg isb costing u 27 lakh only.

Keeping in mind proximity,dist from schools ,security and utilities ,i have short listed bahria phase 7 and dha phase 2 where i can only buy 10 marla plot fr my living.can anyone please guide me which of these option is better.thanx and prayers fr those who send sincere advices to help us.

@iftikhar sb..Sir in my view point dha 2 is the most secure investment right now as it is managed by the most strongest and respectable institution of pakistan...My vote for dha 2 10 marla plots in sector E opposite starlit wedding lawn...Main advantages of that location are as follows. 1-near to gate 3.. 2-near to upcoming WTC and when it will be launched prices in overall dha 2 and specially near WTC will see a great boom. 3-Plots are levelled and on wide street very near to boulevard.. 4-Mosque and market is on walking distance just at the walk of 2 to 3 mins... If not at that place then go for a 35x70 plot in sector F which are just few plots and they might not be available readily...

You yourself have mentioned all the options. Top City 10 marla plot is a better option anyway.

Bahria Enclave have launched new booking of 5, 10 marla and 1 kanal in Bahria Enclave 2.

I just talked to Bahria Town … They havent launched any project with this name. They told me to refrain from buying from anyone claiming to have plots in BE 2. :s

I think dealers are selling plots already, and claiming BT will launch it today, so lets c, what happens.

I don’t know then what are the dealers selling… And they are authorized dealers of Bahria Town, having reliable names in market. Regards

Bahria is now struggling with dealer mafia as they are selling all there plots to the mafia.

Actually whats going on is this dealers know the are launching BE and dealers who deal in bahria not ordinary one who are close to Malik they get plot in bulks and now bahria is asking for too much money booking prices increased if they are 4 lakh in past now they are 10 to 15 lakh so they need money to buy 100 to 500 files they need near an Arb rupee so they are behind the innocent public to get money from them and get profit and later on sell to the peoples.Thats the inside story but definately they are launching it another scheme with all illegalities and people will invest to get some return.
