What will be the best place to buy a commercial plot preferably between 4 to 7 marla budget between 55 lakh to 70 lakh i was given so many options but i dont know what is the best choice? I wish to buy in a few months and build a plaza and earn rent imediately. Please guide me.
1- NFC phase 1? 2- OPF? 3- Valencia? 4- Grand Avenue? 5- Paragon City? 6- PIA Housing Scheme? 7- Abdalians Housing?
Or some other society?
Sir, in your list I would vote for either PIA Sciety or valencia.
PIA Society would be my priority because the commercial market on the main boulevard of PIA Society is too good.

What are prices in PIA or Valencia Commercial?
@ Usman Shb, if i am not mistaken the prices of a 7 marla Valencia Commercial plot are ranging between 70 to 85 Million while PIA is slightly higher + 5 to 10 million.
This is not exact market price is just a assessment based on my survey.

Did you mean 70 to 85 lac or million ??? million mean bigger ten times than that. You can also search for EME society commercial as well!
