I would like to know where i should invest an amount of 30 million in the next 3 years.
I don't have 30 million at the moment but just assume that me and my family earns arounds 10 million each year. So following that, where should i invest around 30 million pkr?
I have around 10 million at the moment to begin the investment.
I'm preferably looking to invest in karachi but any other advice is also appreciated.

@Muhammad - It might further come down a lac or two due to political unrest and BTK files gambling for a while, but after balloting we are talking double. Good time to buy.
Its good for you if rates are coming down you should be happy.you have best chance to buy at low price.that people are very happy who bought at 13 lax in 2010.plz dont worry if files come down one or two lax down.it happens in files but long term it will be very rewardable .dha 9 is best option for short term to make your money double in short time.other opition is gulberg islamabad AB blocks but it will take time.

As explained I was talking about investing an amount like 10 million or 1 karoor per year in a project. Are you suggesting I should keep buying one kanal files in dha 9 lahore for the next 2-3 years, or was that suggestion only for the year 2015? Also is there any safe way to buy these files from Karachi or am I supposed to definitely make the visit and then take care of those things personally.

I checked them out on http://savings.gov.pk/dsc.asp but the profit seems to be extremely low and I need some fast profits in the next 2-3 years.

Guys please do note that I'm willing to invest around 30million - 40 million over the next 3 years and I already have around 10 million at the moment. I want to make some good profit over that amount so I can build a house for my family in the next 3 years.
If I don't invest anything I may have 40 million with me by the next 3 years Insha Allah but I would probably require 60 70 million to build a house by then or maybe even more.
Within a year it can be 50% and then gradually increasing if you can do at this time your
investment input.

With the 10 million you have, I would advise one file in DHA Multan and one kanal plot in DHA-2 Islamabad. For the most suitable block, plenty has been said on this forum in various threads. I would suggest K,L or M sectors in DHA-2.
I suggest you get two 1-Kanal files in DHA-9 Lahore while enjoying the temporary lower prices. With this your PKR 10M is parked. When you have another 10M next year you can strategize then 
… This seems to me the most solid option at the moment.

People are really suggesting not to invest in DHA 9, due to the uncertainty of the balloting stuff.
Some are even stating that the price may reach 25 lakh in March of 2015, if that's the case then wouldn't it be better to buy it at that moment in time.
Even thought I am inclined to buying these 2-3 files in DHA 9, I would still like some of you to comment on the speculations people are making and how long do you think this balloting will occur in your perspective.
@Bubble Gum - we are into similar situation as yours with money in hand and more coming with time, best idea is to diversify your investment portfolio into mixed cities as well as residential plots, commercials and businesses.
