I would suggest you to buy 30x60 all dues clear plot on map in Multi Residencia costing around 17 lacs at the moment.
It is safe investment with very good return expected in 5 to 8 years.

5-8 years! That’s too much for real estate investment. Better to pool your money with someone and buy where its 1-2 years yield.

Objective behind this is to put away some amount for kids that maybe later used for their education or marriage.investment can be increased unto 2.5 million.
Are there any new balloting offers available by reliable developers like DHA , Bahria or CDA whom one can trust ,even for such an extended period of time.
Wherein plots maybe taken at their initial offer price without premium & then kept for the time period I plan.
