I'd like to know about investment opportunities in CDA sectors G14/3, F15, F16 and I16.
G14/4 is very expensive now so less profit . G14/3 has good margin but i want to know its current status. i heard that the contract has been awarded for development of G14/3 but i see the land still not clear from residents and also the case is in court so it may take long time.
I-16 is developed sector and people can buy and build their houses. is it correct? if investing there, how it sounds? what would be the price of 30 x 60 size plot in I-16.
In F15 and F16, what is the ground situation. people can build their houses or still have to wait for long time to get possession. Its Land is cleared ? ETC.
Actually I'm living abroad and want to do some investment in Islamabad CDA but not sure which sector would be better. Investment would be of around 8 to 10 million rupees. I'd appreciate your kind and helping comments and expert advices.
