Bohemia, Sanam Marvi and Farhan Saeed are performing on Top City 1 site, adjacent to new Islamabad International Airport.

Market is slow, plots prices in Top City are falling from past 2 months after new rumor of new airport in Rawat. Top City prices are falling even after they have given possession in block B.

Where as Mumtaz City giving possession of plots in Chenab Block, where they have installed solar lights and development work is complete.

If PM Nawaz visits the new airport site, I think this will bring an end to the Rawat Airport rumor and it will have positive impact on the plot prices of Top City 1.

Why did they have this concert in Top City? Did they make some sort of announcement as a result? What was the purpose of it?

Sheikh Abdul, i also want an answer to that, no announcement or anything, they arranged a concert in Rawal Lake view point last week but at the exact date CDA cancelled the plan and there was no show, then Top City approached them and gave them space for a concert/function in Top City 1 site, even if they wanted to do a function, why Punjabi rappers ?? lol…they could have done a Ghazal Night or something…

Lol Nasir, you have a valid point there…lol, I think its probably free marketing? Its a possibility…

I think…management of Top City should concentrate on quality of construction and pace of development…prices are ultimately going to rise…within a month or so…because Kashmir highway and airport link are two major advantages…which Top City enjoys…rumors of rawat airport are stories of the past…investors confidence is slowly and gradually building again in Top City…best investment time.

Very Rite Sheikh Abdul. And Blue Doctor, you are very much rite about the fact that they must emphasize on the development and i think they should make A or B block a sample by completing all the work required for construction, they have started giving possession in B block but are busy in clearing roads of different blocks i.e E and F and G, which should not be the target, they should make the face i.e B and A block a sample.
