Build Costs 8 Marla Bahria Rawalpindi

Dear Builders,

the costs of 7/8 Marla ready made houses in Rawalpindi Bahria are way too high for my budget.

I am thinking to buy plot and construct. My question is:

Will there be a significant cost saving when I build myself?

How much are the 2024 costs of

• 7/8 Marla plot?
• building two storey (not fancy, not designer) house in bahria rwp?
• How much are the builder costs?

I want to finalise this project by March 2024 so that construction can begin in April 2024.
