WaS, yes it is safe given that you do the proper registery/intiqal. Infrastructure is not good but location is very good just opposite g-13. Easy access to Islamabad centre and pindi. I have a cornor plot in H-13 Abdullah gardens of 12 marla if you are interested let me know. 0331-7167105.

In my opinion H sector is not residential sector. I am sure I read some where that CDA has warned regarding the purchase of plots there for residential purpose.
I would not recommend purchasing any thing in H-13 for residential purposes. It is not legal, plus does not have proper infrastructure....

My question H-13 does not come under CDA?
H-13 is under CDA but not acquired by CDA as yet. CDA has not planned this for residential purposes.

Cda will not acquire h 13 its exempted land it will remain in this condition just like baharakhu etc intaqal registry is safe
Thanks experts for your valued input, Yes it is very good location but if infracture is not good then prices of H-13 would not get that much rise,cause the big question Mark is here "Who would be taking care of this socity or town"if this land is exemted by CDA.
Does anyone know what is the name of the socity/Town?
