I am from Karachi and planning to move to Islamabad. Can anyone please help me in buying/suggesting a decent property within 10 million in some civilized main sectors of Islamabad. Would appreciate your suggestion and help in this regard.

In Islamabad you can get a 30 x 50 house in sector G-9 G-10 and G-11 it will be old construction not very old but minimum 10-12 years old.
In I-9 you can get a 30 x 70 house under 10 million but it will be old house. Both areas are zone 1 of Islamabad you can say central Islamabad.
In new sectors you can get a 30 x 60 house in G-15 and 25 x 50 house (brand new) in g-14 with in your range.

Obliged to get your reply. Could you please advise if G-15 is a developed sector at the moment. I mean can we start living immediately? Also if there is an scarcity of water there?
Also please advise how can i start looking for houses via internet. I am a regular viewer of Zameen though. :)

G-15 is a developed sector more then 800 families living there gas electricity water PTCL commercials there you can find houses via Zameen.com and Jang News paper. Above mentioned prices are double storey houses.

Also what will be the rental value of a single portion in g15 for 200 yards. We probably rent out one portion because we are a small family.

Will check prices of e 11 and then will update u in g 15 single portion rent is round about 15 thousand. Its almost 18 km from zero point on kashmirhighway, 20 mins drive.
That means it is almost same distance as bahria and dha from zero point.

Not same distance. It’s a bit near plus drive time is less due to less traffic.
