I am looking for a house in Karachi. Recently went to Gulshan-e-Iqbal, block 4. Is this area good for living? Any idea about the security situation in this area? Water/electricity?
I am looking for 240 yards and my budget is around 120.

We have house flats in all block of gulshan contact furqanhassan14 at yahoo com Most of the area are loadshedding exempted in gulshan. And the most secure area is block 5. 6 13d etc

Gulshan Block 4 near Patel hospital not secure as compare to other blocks, Currently I have 4 banglows one single story 3 double story in 13D and 13d-1 within the range of 16000000 to 19000000 No load shedding or Water problem
