I am an overseas pakistani buying plot in fmc ( faisal margalla city). The transaction is on cash and it is a possession plot. I have some questions if experts and gurus can answer?
1- can the plot be on my name without my physical presence?
2- if not then what is the alternative, should i get it on my uncle name?
3- what are the fees and taxes involved in the process including estate agent fee % etc?
4- what are the steps involved in buying a plot? And documents to have.
