Buying Property Zone 2 & Zone 5 - Broker Recommendations

Based on the valuable advice of board members here as to where to invest, i have finally narrowed down to what i want to see when i come to islamabad in 2-3 weeks.

Now i am looking for recommendations of honest, reliable brokers who can facilitate viewings and potential purchases in following societies:

Multi: b-17 Cabinet e 16 e17, Awt (is this safe like dha?) Dha Bahria phase 8 extension Paf tarnol

Sir b-17 bahria and dha are the best choices for u in my viewpoint.Dont go for paf tarnol.

Thanks, saadi even to my mind, they seem the best. Any other suggestions for safe investments of small amount?

What do you think of dha phase 2 extension - what are the prices these dyas.

Sir ur budget is good enough to get a plot for such long term investment.Sir phase 2 and phase 2 extension have increased a lot during the last 4 months.Sir u can buy something good in bahria town phase 7,phase 8 ,35x85 plot in intellectual village,10 marla plot in dha 2,a plot in b-17,a 30x60 plot in g-15,25x40 plot in g-14/4( a very good investment in my viewpoint).If u are interested in buying anything i can buy u a good deal.Now its all ur choice that where u want to invest.

Please also consider d-18 (engineering cooperative housing).

Sir rates in k and l blocks are round about 60 to 65 lacs.I would also recommend u to consider bahria intellectual village as it is a world class project.

Saadi bhai, what about the files people are selling in dha phase 2 extension for 10-13 lakhs. What are the prices in intellectual village and is there a payment plan option?

Sir those blocks are very far away and i think this price does not include development charges which are approximately 15 lacs.I will confirm it again that how much are the development charges.Yes intellectual village has payment plan…You have to pay the amount to the seller which he has paid to bahria town and rest of the amount to be paid to bahria town according to their instalments plan.And also there is some risk involved in the sale purchase of files as files can go into loss.

Also, what about multi residencia and orchards - it seems within a low budget.

I think b-17 does not have a plot of size 5 marla....There is a little difference between the rates of g-14/4 and g-14/2&3. Although g-14/4 is developed and g-14/2 and g-14/3 are not developed yet.. Are these to be developed soon?

I'd also like to repeat the query of pk1 i.E what are the current rates in b-17 and e-17?

Dear dawood saab, I would recommend checking out bt phse 8 ext, as that's a reasonable price at the moment, before development fees kick in. Its ideal long term investment.

Dear brother, i suggest you to invest in cda growing sector e-12 (first option) i guest it will return you 50 laks in maximum 2 years against 50 lak investment.

You may invest in i-11/2 (second option) it will return you 20 to 30 laks in 12 to 16 months.

You may invest in i-12/3 (option 3) it will return you 30 to 50 laks in 2 years against 50 laks investment but be careful in i-12 check the documents more than 200 times before buying any plot
