C-15 & C-16 Are Top Sectors At Zone 1 for Investment, Brother Guidance Plz

  • most of area is encroachment free.
  • Close to the Margalla Reserve Forest
  • CDA extremely beautiful sectors.
  • Developed in 4-5 years max (expected) with private partnership.

  • land is not yet acquired for C-15, C-16.

  • CDA poor performance.

  • M-Avenue is deep freezed for now.

  • there are other sectors waiting since 1989, to be developed.

On bases of these pros & cons, i will give 7.8/10 marks for investment in these two.

2.2 marks/10 for zone 2 F-15/2. 2.8 marks/10 for zone 2 F-16/4. 2.1 marks/10 for zone 2 B-17/B, C. 2.0 marks/10 for zone 1 G-14/1.

As an investor, where are good opportunity according to brother of forum?

I think any sector would do good if CDA develop it, there are sector waiting to be developed for years of some of which land was purchase in 1980s. Track record is extremely poor.

Home work for launch of C sectors is complete. I agree with first 4 lines/points of Mr. Mushtaq.

Location of C-15 & C-16 is very good. No comparison with B-17 or F-16. Zone 2 developed sectors are good for living. For investment CDA sectors are better in my opinion.

F-16/4 - good investment it will grow when there is development G/14-1 - no sign of development, so I dont know B-17 - good investment

Why 2.1 /10 for B-17 … I heard it is like a hot cake for Investment … Margalla Avenue is NOT deep freezed ?? CDA recently cleared the anomalies raised by Punjab government and I guess 40% of the project is already complete. It will take another 2-3 years to accomplish. Kindly shed light on the topic

My main concern was on the marks given to B-17, in my view investment in B-17 is rated much higher then the points given. Thanks
