As per the initial news it is brough to our attention that c sectors in isb gained its value from 40 l to 80 l. I also tried to search for a plot and got an impression that yes i am not able to find a plot in 40 ~ 50 l any more. Any hikes expected in the near future to come. Shall we take the risk
If you have holding power for a very long time than yes you can opt for it. But it happened in the past that people who bought files in short term hike incurred losses. Without possession property is always risky. All depends on actions of CDA.
I personally would stay away from it but I am allergic to non-possession things in CDA.
