It is not a dead society, what u think Saddi everything other then Dha is a dead society? my friend invested 3 coror in Pechs last year and he Quit last month with 7 Coror in his pocket.

@ Triver..that is not the kamal of pechs..It was that hurricane which caused every society to grow like this..Btw i never read that pechs gained more than 100%..I dont know how your friend managed to do this..Btw i have not mentioned dha but app sey dha ka zikar kiey baghair raha nahi geya..Sir kahin se koi muqabla bantahai dha,bahria or pechs ka??Agle 50 years main bhee pechs in ko nahi pohhnch sakta..Air port does not mean kay every thing is pechs..Dil kay kisi hissay main ap kay bhee such chupaa hai kay dha dha hee hai that is why you started comparing dha like this even here where i have not even discussed it..Sir janay dain mujhey aap ki thinking per hairaani ho rahi hai kay aap kay zehan per dha or bahria kitna sawaar hai even i have not discussed that..Sir i donot speak for them rather they speak for themselves..Every thing in zone 2 does not also mean that it is gold mine and worth it to invest.

@ triver based on that feed back we may decide which one is better..Dha bahria ko saari dunya maanti hai because of its development but pechs mgmt to sirf air port k entrance per mari jaa rahi hai..No focus on development and something like that..triver sb reality ko enforce nahi kiaa sakta jis tarah aap hawai qilay bana kar yahan karna chahtay hain..Log dha or bahria ko bari achi tarah jante hain or reality nazar aati hai dha or bahria ki surat main..airport entrance ya margala avenue ki surat main reality nazar nahi aati..Your friend quitted with profit does not endorse that society is worth it..Kamanay walay to shah Allah ditta ki dealing se bhee kama rahay hain but this does not mean to say that every thing is worth it.

i never compared any society with dha, there is no need. It is useless to compare apples with orange. Everything has its own value and own class.
But when u call other society a dead project without know details, and gives a statement, that is not fair, that's all my point is, and i think its easy to understand.
That is why i asked for future prospects as well but you started it comparing with dha…Till last i know it was a dead society and rates have also depreciated after that air port wala issue…This s all what i have heard…Btw dha accommodates every class…From 5 marla to 5 kanal.
