Can I buy a house in Islamabad for 3 million? My biggest concern is nearest to grocery store(s). It should be clean, open, safe home and area. Please guide me to area/sector and house dimensions.

Its hard to find house in this Bugdet in Islamabad.You can check Rawalpindi area.
Brother Hassan yes u can buy house other than Zone-I. In Zone 4 or Zone-5 search a house in area where plot price is about 2 lekh/ marla or purchase a plot in 10 to 13 lekh range and construct a simple house. In Korang Town and Soan Garden 30*50 Plot price is about 15 lekh. River Garden is also considerable. In Zone-4 Visit Lehtrar Road area near Sultana Foundation.

Sir u can also go for awami villas in bahria town or go for a 5 marla plot in phase 8 safari valley and construct one storey on it for ur living…

Consider Saadi's proposal also. Bahria 8 not in Islamabad but very good town planning and development standard. In Zone-5: Single story house in Police Foundation near Bahria and PWD is also in your range. Go elsewhere but select only well planned area.
