How to calculate cgt?
I have bought a plot file of size 1 kanal in march 2017 in 3 millions. Today i sale it in the exact same price of 3 millions. Do i need to pay some cgt for it? If yes then what is process and if no then do i need to submit any document to show the 0 profit on my investment?
