Can anyone advise on CBR-ECHS Town Phase 2.
Is this a good investment considering surrounding areas like FOECHS, 1-16 are double and triple the price!
What is development status? Likely possession?
What are the current prices and sizes available?
Is management any good?
ANY ADVICE AND INFORMATION WOULD BE GRATEFUL!

Either this society is not worth investing in as it maybe rubbish. Or it maybe an under dog society like foechs?

CBR Phase 2 is good society as prices are at lowest, access to this society will be from FOECHS which has picked up price in last year or so.
If you have limited investment than you can get plot in CBR 2 or you can buy kanal plot under 5 lacs (excluding development charges) in Ministry of Commerce (E-19) society which is better than CBR in all aspects including price i believe.

@ WJ, when you say prices are at lowest. What are current prices?
I'm sceptical of E-19 as I am unsure who the management is plus there are other big brands to invest in.
I would prefer CBR as its a bigger brand I feel as they are well reputed, look at phase 1, it has good development standards and prices are on close to surrounding areas.
Kashmiri its a good thing to ask questions here but you should completely rely on the answers you get here. Its better to do your homework before investing. You can visit local dealers in that area or the society office to obtain more information unless you become sure enough to invest.
CBR 5 Marla is not less than 5 lac
E19 kanal is not more than 5 lac
E-19 got access to Kashmir highway via Fateh Jang road and Motorway through Wapda Town.
Islamabad expansion is towards to Margalla and Zero point keeping new airport in mind.
My vote goes for E19, and bought a file there even I had option to buy kanal in CBR 2.
Just consult few dealers in town, you will be able to get clear picture. If you are short on funds better make right decision by consulting people that works for both societies.
Trade wise, E19 can be bought/sold in a day or two on cash basis. CBR 2 don't think so.

Thanks WJ for your reply. Is that all dues clear for 5 lac? Your right about location but I prefer wapda town in that area.
I just mentioned the land price, development charges for E-19 (Ministry of Commerce) are 8 lac, payable in Installments.
If you have enough funds Wapda town is good option but if you are able to get Kanal under 12 lacs than why bothering for Wapda? eventually these societies are seperated by a common wall only.
Just check dealers name on OLX and give them call, they will share full details with you.
