Which is better and why? Investors advice for long term building a home for rental income.

What about Pakistan Town and AGHOSH Phase1?
Do not even pass by agosh…Even if you HAVE COUNTLESS MONEY…
Why? do you know something we dont? prices of 1 kanal are very expensive? why? what about pakistan town, same people who are developing gulberg?

Pakistan town is good as far as location is concerned but average development as compare to surrounding societies.
Agosh is not recommended by experts.
River Garden is good investment as development is good. These all are for good Residence but if you want three to five years investment then go for Gulberg. Rest it's your money.
River Garden and CBR Town Phase 1 are both very good options for immediate construction/ living. 40 feet wide streets, under ground electricity etc.
River Garden is private project like Bahria.It is situated near river, area is on depression as compare to CBR Town.
CBR Town is cooperative society and u can participate in decision making.
In my opinion CBR is better. Surrounded by Bahria Phase 6 Soan Garden, NPF , AGOSH Pak Town etc. It is accessible from Pakistan Town, NPF nad Soan Graden. F.G School Mini Police Station are established. Hospital under construction.

What are the rates of cbr town? Is gas available there? Any water issues. ..is it by boring? Who are developers of cbr?
Im planning to construct a house in around 5yrs, so are prices likely to increase there az surrounding areas such as Pakistan town and everywhere else is expensive. ??
Gas available, No water issue, Boring and water supply both available.
Sorry to say Pak Town Phase 1 is worst society in Zone-5.
After Bahria , DHAI-II (A-P), CBR, River ,Zaraj are good societies in Zone-5.
In under development projects. Gulberg is better. Jinnah Garden is good but water is not available.
