Amazing that CDA can claim to have any credibility. They should leave housing to the private sector.

These Government-owned organizations very often fail in addressing litigation issues. I don't know about KDA (Karachi Development Authority) but as per LDA (Lahore Development Authority) is concerned, there also prevail litigation issues in the many societies of the LDA.
CDA is good for nothing…
