CDA Park Enclave 3

I’ve been following park Enclave 3, and recently there has been a massive price increase. But I haven’t seen much related to Pe3 here.

What do you guys think? Is it a sound investment, especially 35x70 or 40x80 for personal living.

Any light on this topic would be greatly appreciated!

interested to know more about PE 3, can some one tell latest price ranges of plots and latest development status.
