If i do the investment in I-11 4marla plot then how much it lat price will go and in how many years ?
Recently, Standing Committee on Cabinet Secretariat of the National Assembly (NA) took notice of squatters eviction. I hope the issue has been resolved. Otherwise, the locality in my view is safe for investment purposes. But Mr. Tufail, what i think is that the prices have already hiked reasonably in i-11. Why dont you consider some other investment option, where prices are supposed to rise in allegiance to the development. Rest depends upon your personal values. Good Luck! regards, z@in N@deem

That was the last year. Prices have changed a lot in the mean time. For me prices have reached a saturation level in i-11. I wont suggest you to invest in i-11 on the basis of my research.

I am of the same view, don't go for I-11, as the prices are on the higher side and if there is no development, there are no chance for further increase in the near future.
I-11/4 is not for residential purposes, I guess?
There are so many options available in your budget, you can see the same in other posts already discussed at length.

@Tufail sb: I would suggest you to read threads on Bahria enclave. In 30lac, if you can get a plot of size 3060, I think it would be a good deal. However, investment in BE is somehow bit risky in a sense that presently the area containing 3060 size plots is not developed. Additionally, BE has NOC issue. So when the area is going to be developed and when BE will get NOC clearly indicate risks invoked in buying a plot of size 30*60 in BE.
Another and safe option would be 30*60 size plot in I-16/4. I-16 is a CDA sector; its prices has been increasing slowing and gradually sine the last one to two years. And I think it prices will increase further with the passage of time and especially when water and gas are supplied in the sector.

Very good option. If 25*40 is in your range Purchase a with possession plot in I-11/2. No comparison of sector I-11 with I-15 or I-16. If u choose other than CDA sectors then Bahria Enclave or Bahria 8 are best options.
