I would like to know what your opinion is regarding CDA Sector I-14 is it a worthy of investment?

Prices in I-14 have increased considerably over the last year or so due to announcement of revised road for new islamabad airport.... However, there is still no surety about the finalization of the said road.... There are still alot of doubts... In addition to that I-14 lacs in development... It is one of the neglected sector by CDA over the past so many years... And still there are no sign of activeness by CDA... So in my view, if the road plan is again changed to its origional plan of Kashmir Highway extension towards Islamabad airport... The investors of I-14 would suffer big time... So in my view it is very risky to enter into I-14 at this moment... However the gamble could pay back big time if the luck in on ur side...

I recommand i-12/3 sector just behind the nust. CDA has already announce to develop i-12 on priority bases and approved the budget as well. You can visit on cda.gov.pk website.
Price in 2013 march people bought it 5 marala in just 8 to 13 lac.
price in 2013 Dec plot is available in 28 lac.
CDA has plannned to develop the sector in right after Eid but due to darna and other factor it has delayed and all over property prices has come down now pricei s 25.5 to 28 lac for 5 marla.
If cda release the tender for development then plot price will jump over 32lac and in 3 year it will double.
It is just 5 minutes from G-10, G-13 and I-10/2

Zeeshan, many thanks for your comments. One can agree with all of your points except the dharna comment. Are you serious in saying that one of the reasons for possible delay in development is dharna? Do you really think that if dharna was not there CDA would start development right after Eid?

Dk How is it risky? CDA has full possession and is a top priority project with funds allocated.
I agree with you about dhrana comments, but dont agree with point e-12 is same as i-12. Because e-12 is not acquired yet by cda but i-12 have full posssion with cda just development is required.
@ Zeeshan and @ Junaid,,,,,,,1=possession point of your OK it may be clear on papers,,,,BUT what you say about that BOKRA VILLAGE inside i-12 and a lot of civilian village type population.
My point was ,the strategic importance of an area for cda,if they forget i-12 for another decade,which they can do very easily by shifting priorities to other profiting areas,and areas influenced by elite class priorities,as they[ elites have investments there]can pressurize cda.
CAN some one comment on i-12 village and population issues???

I think there were villages there a year ago but CDA demolished them… I know of the main roads not sure about inside the sector. Can someone well informed please shed some light on this.
